I’m Jed and photography is one of my favorite distractions.
I’ve done a few things professionally in my career. One of the first of these was working as an editorial and commercial photographer. I shot for national food brands, NGOs, construction companies, architecture firms, and a bunch of others. After I stopped doing that professionally, I didn’t pick up a camera again for years. I was utterly sick of it.
That’s changed recently and this is a collection of images, old and new, that I’ve taken. It’s a freeing experience to put this together with no commercial success metrics involved. This work is derived largely from travel that I do for my work in real estate development and waste conversion technology and the people in my life that I care about. More importantly, it is a product of my long-running effort to become a person who feels deeply and lives passionately.
